The Okanagan Valley offers premiere venues, accommodation, and services. We boast a four-season playground along the edge of a clean 135km lake, with temperatures running to near 40 degrees celsius in the summer, and some of the best powder skiing and boarding in the world.

THEMED EVENTS

*Cultural District

Showcasing our award winning Cultural District, we will create amazing receptions to multi-venue evenings. From simple to elaborate…we have up to 6 venues to showcase!

*Dine-Around

Experience many culinary flavors in one evening. We can expose your groups to up to three restaurants in one evening to enjoy the savory menus of our resident chefs! Weekdays only.

TEAMBUILDING

*Grape Stomp

Each group is divided into a number of equal sized teams. Thirty pounds of grapes are poured into the half barrel for stomping. One stomper at a time steps into the half barrel in bare feet and flattens the grapes. The swabby stands below the barrel and catches the juice. Team members will take turns being the swabbie! The swabbie uses a metal skewer provided to keep the screen clear to ensure juice flows freely. The team with the most juice squeezed out of the grapes wins! Final stomp off rounds will play off the two top best teams and the two top worst teams. Additional options: Prizing (various categories) Team T-shirts (various colors) Food and Beverage Time Frame: 40-50 participants, 2-2.5 hours

*Wine Olympics

Groups are divided into equal sized teams. Stations are set up in various areas of a winery. Each group is taking through a series of 3-5 wine related games. Add-ons: Wine tasting (new wine served as each changeover happens) Prizing (points system calculated at each station) Time Frame: 1-2 hours

*Design A Raft

Each group is divided into a number of equal sized teams. Each team is provided with all the materials to build a “floatable raft”. Teams are separated into their own working space and a time limit to design and create their raft. All the teams are brought together and are asked to select one team member to test the raft on the waters in a race to the finish. Prizing: (various categories) Team T-shirts: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow Time Frame: 1-1.5 hours

*Cooking Classes

Hands-on cooking instruction for groups of 6 or more. Preparation, serving and sampling all inclusive. Wine pairing education can be added for those wishing to complete the meal.

*Dragon Boating

Each group is divided into groups of up to 22 participants per boat.  Driver, steerer and drummer are usually supplied. Teams are given general water safety instruction along with the overview of dragon boating as a team building activity. After conclusion of the warm up, teams are set out onto the water to compete with their colleagues in a series of races. Time Frame: 2.5-3 hours Team T-Shirts: (various colors available)
